August 13–16, 2026 | Nanga Bush Camp, Dwellingup WA | 3 Days Off-Grid

Your daughter chooses men like you, your son becomes you, your partner stopped asking for more.

because your are no longer safe.

That's the question.

This is where you answer it.

No phones. No performance. No spectators.

men aren't broken.

We manage it all to suit our nervous system, wired from years of conditioning!!

Managing temper. Managing distance in their relationship. Managing Vulnerability. Managing the version of US we let people see

This is not an echo chamber weekend.

This is a disruption of everything you've learned to manage.

Intention behind the words:

The Disruption of Man returns to the root.

Disruption from Latin dis- “apart” + rumpere “to break, burst.” Past participle disruptus “broken apart,” yielding Late Latin disruptio “a breaking asunder.” In English, disruption keeps that force: a decisive break that clears the way for new order.

It’s disrupting:

  • The belief of not being worthy and lowering boundaries to be accepted.

  • The pattern of suppression to keep their peace first and not yours.

  • Men who are done accepting the lack of intimacy in their relationship.

  • The cycle of knowing better but not doing better.

  • The version of strength that avoids discomfort and confrontation, instead of meeting it.

Man in nature representing off-grid immersion and reclaiming personal authority

This is for the man who is done pretending everything is fine.

Father and teenage son in golden hour light representing real connection and family responsibility
  • The man who shares a house but not a bed with his partner — and doesn't know how to close that gap.

  • The father who provides everything and is present for nothing.

  • The man who keeps the peace by swallowing what he actually thinks.

  • The man whose anger comes out sideways — at traffic, at small things — and he knows it's not really about that.

  • The man who has built everything he was supposed to want and still feels hollow inside it.

  • The man who stays up late every night because lying in the dark means facing what he's been avoiding.

  • The man who wants his son to see something worth mirroring.

If any of that is you — you're exactly who this is for.

This is NOT for men looking for an escape or a feel-good weekend.

The Investment

Consider what staying the same costs you. Another year dodging hard conversations because rejection scares you more than the silence does.

Another year of "I'm going to do better", alone, again, with no one to hold you to it.

Another year wondering if she stays out of love or because leaving is harder.

Another year your kids stop asking and start looking elsewhere.

Whatever that number is, it's higher than this.

Or don't. Pass it on. Your kids will deal with it when they're older.

Less Than Another Year Of The Same.

I carry Tongan lineage in my blood and spent years serving in the military. That world taught me how to be useful, how to be strong, how to show up for others. What it didn't teach me was how to know myself. When I left the service, I lost more than a job. I lost the structure that told me who I was.

And without that uniform, without the rank, without the mission, I didn't have a clue what was underneath. I looked like a man who had it together. I felt like a man who was quietly disappearing. That's the gap this retreat was built for. The space between the man you've been performing and the man you actually are. I'm trained in NLP, hypnotherapy and breathwork.

But what I bring into the room isn't a methodology. It's the willingness to sit with another man in the full weight of his truth and not look away. Not fix it. Not rush it. Just hold the space long enough for something real to surface. This work changed my life in the most unglamorous and necessary way possible. It asked me to stop running and start looking. And what I found underneath the performance was something worth building on.

Sergey was born in Siberia and has called Perth, Whadjuk Noongar budja home for nearly two decades. He is a husband and a father of three amazing daughters who, by his own account, have taught him more about presence, patience, love and real leadership than any qualification ever could. That tension between the man the world sees and the man quietly searching underneath, Sergey knows it from the inside.

He spent over twenty years operating at the sharp end of corporate leadership and facilitation. Credentialed in engineering, sustainability and linguistics. Black Belt in Judo that came from being bullied. Competent. Capable. Respected. And still, like so many men who build impressive lives, there was a deeper current he hadn't yet learned to follow. That search led him into breathwork, psychosomatic practices and shamanic studies.

He brings the rare quality of a man who has genuinely sat with his own edges and kept going. He doesn't claim to have it all figured out. What he brings is twenty years of doing the work, a no-nonsense approach, and an unwavering commitment to helping men deepen their connection to themselves, their families and something larger than their own ambition.

Disruptor 3

I didn’t grow up with a father in my life, so learning what it means to be a man, and later a father, came through experience, not instruction.

Over the years, that’s taken me through different paths, movement, mentorship, group work, and a lot of time sitting with my own patterns and learning how to face them properly.

What I’ve found is that most men aren’t lacking strength or capability, they’re just disconnected from themselves.

My work is about bringing that connection back.

Not through theory, but through real, grounded spaces where men can slow down, be honest, and take responsibility for how they show up in their lives, their relationships, and their families.
